Terms

Wowdee (wowdee.com) is run by Future Developments s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company ID 03472451, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 231242. These terms cover this website, the Wowdee add-on and its installers, and the waitlist. Write to us at info@wowdee.com.

Wowdee is an add-on and app for WoW: Forever. The add-on is out as a free alpha; the app is still to come, and the rest of this site shows what we plan to build. Illustrated previews use sample characters, prices and results. Plans, features and dates can change, and nothing here is a promise or an offer to sell you anything.

The Wowdee add-on and its installers are free alpha software, provided as they are: they can change, have bugs or stop working, and we may update or withdraw them. They add only their own Wowdee folder to your game's AddOns folder. The add-on only reads what the game shows you and never acts in the game for you. It needs no account and nothing is synced: what it notes stays on your computer. You use them at your own risk, to the extent the law allows. To report a problem, write to info@wowdee.com or post in our Discord.

Joining is free. Sign up only with an email address that is yours. We send a link to confirm it and, once you confirm, email you when Wowdee opens. You can leave any time: see Privacy.

Please don't misuse it: don't send its forms automatically or in bulk, sign other people up, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content wholesale. We may block requests that do.

Links to Discord, Blizzard, social networks and other sites lead to services we don't run. Their own terms apply there, including in our Discord server.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Game information, prices and previews can be wrong or out of date.

We are not liable for losses from using this site, the add-on or its installers, or from relying on what they show, except where the law does not allow that to be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you.

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and the version on this page applies. Czech law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim there.
